My name is Daisha Dill, I have been a certified phlebotomist for over 10 years. My journey in healthcare began pursuing a career as Registered Nurse at Riverside Community College. In the process of taking all my prerequisites, I completed the Certified Nursing Assistant and Phlebotomy Program. I quickly realized that my true passion was in phlebotomy. Growing up, I had a fear of needles, which has given me a deep understanding of patients’ anxiety during blood draws. My goal is to provide a positive experience for every patient. I’m known for my gentle touch and reputation for “not feeling the poke.”

My early training at Chino Valley Medical Center, where I worked in the ER, Medsurg, and ICU, provided hands on experience in high pressure medical environments. Currently, I work alongside concierge physician Dr. Christopher Thrash, providing personalized lab services with the highest level of care.
